I love a good bagel. The goal is to Create Bagels that will be boiled and have the egg wash
and topping. Then freeze the bagels and then when you are ready to eat a fresh home cooked bagel, thaw for about 15 minutes and toast (Butter too).
This is a step by step preparation procedure that will get the bagels ready for baking in about 1 1/2 hour. By making them on a weekend and putting them in the freezer, you can have bagels during the week without going to the Bagel Store and spending $2.07 for your quick breakfast. Just thaw and toast in the meantime you will have plenty of time to brew the coffee and make the rest of the breakfast.
