How can i freeze uncooked bagel dough that is shaped? i need to freeze it so i may take it elsewhere to use a proofer and bake it. I was wondering what the process is that i need to do to freeze them. do i freeze after the dough is shaped or do i need to let it rise a bit? also since im going to use a proofer will boiling be pointless....? can i do without the boiling? thanks for your time
