This is a nice side or light meal with some fresh bread and a glass of red wine.
2 cups Cooked Anasazi Beans
2 cups Cooked vegetable rotelli
1/2 cup Chopped red onion
1 medium Chopped tomato
1/4 cup Chopped sweet red pepper
1 tbs Sesame Seeds
1/8 cup Virgin Olive Oil
1/8 cup Lemon juice
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp salt
Gently mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve cold.
