Lasagna

by Technocook on February 5, 2009

I love the taste of freshly made lasagna with home made lasagna noodles.  It reminds me of Sunday afternoon growing up.  Making pasta from scratch..

There are 3 layers of pasta and filled with Italian goodness.  Home Made Lasagna

Each Layer will have:

  • Sauce
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cooked Ground Beef
  • Parsley
  • Ricotta Cheese

It is really pretty east to put together if you have a map.  I get confused sometimes when I add the layers so that I need to look at the ingredients again and again. I added the map from my cooking notebook so that you can follow along too.

First you need to make some lasagna noodles. (Under another post)
